What is an Immigration Business Plan?
An Immigration Business Plan, also referred to as a Visa Business Plan, from ProfVal provides a comprehensive overview of your business that will help guide your decisions over your first five years of operations.
Our Immigration Business Plan approach was developed with professors of entrepreneurship and business administration who hold PhDs from AACSB-accredited universities.
The ProfVal Business Plan approach was further adapted based on: 1) feedback from some of the world’s best immigration attorneys, 2) entrepreneurs, 3) client perspectives, 5) our review of thousands of RFEs, and 5) the perspectives of some of the world’s best immigration attorneys.
Immigration attorneys share that they value our customization, quality of content, and expertise. They have told us that our work leads to higher approval rates.

Our approach
ProfVal’s Immigration Business Plans are tailored to the petitioner’s specific requirements and business needs, providing a professional structure and personalized approach:
-
Business Plans are aligned to your visa needs: Petitioner credentials, visa requirements, and national importance implications are described in detail and visually highlighted to facilitate USCIS agents' understanding.
-
1:1 Assistance: Each immigration business plan includes a 1:1 video call with a ProfVal team member to clarify complex issues and to discuss the production of pro forma financial statements.
-
MBA and/or Business PhD team: Plans are written and/or reviewed by a writer with an MBA or PhD from an AACSB-accredited university.
-
Customization and research: All plans are highly customized using information from the petitioner, proprietary industry research, publicly available data, and interpretation by trained immigration business plan writers.

EB-1 Business Plan
An EB-1 Business Plan from ProfVal represents a detailed, customized, and high-quality plan that will help you successfully launch your business. It also, discusses the importances your credentials in relation to the success of your endeavor.
Throughout the plan, we will help you to produce a narrative explaining why your extraordinary abilities (EB-1A) or, less commonly, research capabilities (EB-1B) are necessary for the success of your enterprise. It is less common for multinational executives to require a business plan (EB-1C), but we can help for those as well.

ProfVal’s E-2 Business Plans provide a comprehensive overview of your business while highlighting your investments into the U.S. The E2 visa allows individuals to reside and work in the United States to develop and direct an investment enterprise by investing a substantial amount of capital in a U.S. business.
Compared to an EB-1 Business Plan or EB-2 NIW Business Plan, an E-2 Business Plan from ProfVal is usually shorter. It is only about 10-15 pages in length as this is what attorneys have preferred for this category of visa. You do, of course, have the option to have a longer version (40-50 pages) of the plan if your attorney prefers the longer format.

L-1A or L-1B Business Plan
RELATED SERVICES
Your L-1 Business Plan will guide your business decisions and show how the U.S entity is a "qualifying organization" based on its legal relationship to the foreign entity and its business activities.
To qualify for an L-1A or L-1B visa, the U.S. employer must be a legally connected qualifying organization (parent, branch, subsidiary, or affiliate of a foreign company). They must be doing business in the U.S. and at least one other country, providing goods and services, not just maintaining an agent or office.
Employers can work with ProfVal to create an Immigration Business Plan to show they are or will soon be doing business in the U.S., and detail the qualifications of the L-1A (managerial or executive capacity) or L-1B (specialized knowledge) beneficiary. They must also secure physical premises, employ the individual as an executive or manager for one continuous year within the last three years, and ensure the new U.S. office will support such a position within a year.
