Immigration Business Plans Backed by Research. Delivered by Experts.

An Immigration Business Plan—also known as a Visa Business Plan—from ProfVal in partnership with GuidedVenture offers more than just a document. It provides a strategic foundation designed to guide your business decisions through your first five years of operations.

Our approach was originally developed in collaboration with professors of entrepreneurship and business administration with PhDs from AACSB-accredited institutions. It has been further refined through input from startup business advisors, business plan competition judges, and thousands of data points drawn from EB-1, EB-2 NIW, and E-2 RFE reviews.

We also integrate insights from:

  1. Leading immigration attorneys

  2. Entrepreneurs

  3. Client feedback

  4. Our analysis of thousands of Requests for Evidence (RFEs)

Immigration attorneys consistently highlight our customization, depth of content, and business expertise—and have shared that our work contributes to higher approval rates.

Built on ProfVal’s Proven Foundation. Executed by GuidedVenture’s Expert Team.

Offered in collaboration with GuidedVenture, each business plan is crafted by a dedicated writer with an MBA, Master’s in Business, or PhD in a business-related field. This ensures not only compliance with immigration standards but also a strong, credible presentation of your business model and growth potential.

Our Business Plans are designed for seamless execution. As a ProfVal client, you’ll receive an exclusive discount on LaunchBox, which helps new businesses reach their first million in annual sales—or GrowthBox, designed to support growing businesses ready to scale.

Compared to an EB-1 Business Plan or EB-2 NIW Business Plan, an E-2 Business Plan from ProfVal is usually shorter. It is only about 10-15 pages in length as this is what attorneys have preferred for this category of visa.  You do, of course, have the option to have a longer version (40-50 pages) of the plan if your attorney prefers the longer format.

RELATED SERVICES

Your L-1 Business Plan will guide your business decisions and show how the U.S entity is a "qualifying organization" based on its legal relationship to the foreign entity and its business activities.

To qualify for an L-1A or L-1B visa, the U.S. employer must be a legally connected qualifying organization (parent, branch, subsidiary, or affiliate of a foreign company). They must be doing business in the U.S. and at least one other country, providing goods and services, not just maintaining an agent or office.

Employers can work with ProfVal to create an Immigration Business Plan to show they are or will soon be doing business in the U.S., and detail the qualifications of the L-1A (managerial or executive capacity) or L-1B (specialized knowledge) beneficiary. They must also secure physical premises, employ the individual as an executive or manager for one continuous year within the last three years, and ensure the new U.S. office will support such a position within a year.
